In order to prepare for the rapid 1-2 day installation, there is some preparation work that needs to occur, such as a phone consult, signing a contract, and acquiring any necessary materials.

Yes, minor changes can be made to the offers without affecting the turn-around timeline.
Should any additional work be requested a custom design contract and/or an installation contract may be required for additional fees.
List Ready Landscapes, within our Luxury Within Reach line, is a pre-design program which allows us to offer a nuanced pricing structure that is different than our customized work.
Topiarius guarantees all construction work for 1 year after installation. Due to the lifecycle of plants in containers, we do not guarantee plants in containers.
A personalized 3D rendering is available at an additional $250/hour which typically takes 5-6 hours.
The payment schedule for List Ready Landscape is a 100% due prior to commencement of the work.
Garage Rooftop package

With our Garage Rooftop Package , we’ve simply replaced the “custom design” description with “pre-developed.” This means we will still provide you some options, but the overarching design will not be customized from scratch.
