Our Suite of Services Include
Irrigation
For Topiarius installed systems, we offer spring and fall turn on/off services. For all systems, we can monitor landscaped beds and containers for optimal watering.
Plant Health
We want to make sure all plants are thriving, so upon property visits, we assess your plants’ health and address any issues.
Fertilization
Throughout the year, plants require different levels of fertilizer. Our services range from basic summer and fall applications, to plant specific needs.
Mulch
Mulch provides a finished look, helps retain moisture, and slows weed growth in landscape beds. We provide a variety of options and have the knowledge to provide accurate installations.
Weed and Trash Management
A tidy garden is a happy garden. Our team is skilled in meticulous litter removal and hand-pulling weeds. During the spring season, our team uses weed suppressants to add an additional layer of protection.
Expert Pruning
Not every plant should be pruned the same way and during the same season. So, our team evaluates the plant needs in your landscape and utilizes the best tools and methods.
Above and Beyond the Basics
Because every landscape is different, we happily provide mowing, turf and landscape bed edging, turf fertilizer, power-washing (hardscapes or artificial turf), oiling wood surfaces, water feature monitoring, Topiarius installed outdoor lighting monitoring/fixing, and StruXure gutter cleaning. Our garden and landscape maintenance services regularly go above and beyond regardless if we come to your property once, weekly, or seasonally.
The Process
Getting started is easy. Simply complete our Contact Us form, and a member of our team will follow up with a phone call to learn more about your property and maintenance needs. From there, we’ll schedule a site visit to walk your property, assess your existing plantings, and understand the level of care your space requires.
Once we understand your goals, our team prepares a custom Fine Gardening contract — tailored to your property’s specific plant material, seasonal needs, and desired level of service.
Our availability isn’t limited to any one season — we welcome new clients any time of year, whether you need spring clean-up, summer maintenance, fall preparation, or winter care.
Renewal contracts are typically finalized in the fall and winter of the previous year. This timing isn’t arbitrary — it gives our team the lead time needed to build your maintenance schedule, allocate crews, and confirm materials before the spring rush begins, so your first visit arrives exactly on time with no delays.
