Custom Design
Want something built specifically for your property? Our design team creates a fully custom Halloween installation tailored to your home, typically for larger-scale projects ($8,000–$30,000 installations).
- Design fee: $500–$1,500+ (scoped to project complexity)
- Limited availability each season — custom projects require lead time for sourcing and design
- Request deadline: August 15
Note: Custom Design requests close a full month before Pre-Designed ordering, since custom work requires additional lead time to source materials and design the installation.

Pre-Designed Packages – Online Store
Shadow Packages are curated front-entry installations featuring a coordinating wreath, illuminated garland, and themed entry display elements. Nightmare Packages expand on this with a professionally designed outdoor vignette that extends the theme into ground-level landscape areas, often with larger-scale elements and temporary anchoring.
Our website images show the overall theme, color palette, and design intent for each collection. Final installations may vary slightly based on availability, site conditions, and designer discretion — but every substitution maintains the intended theme and quality.
Yes. Please provide adequate space, clear access, and a functioning exterior electrical outlet (if you want to take advantage of any lights or animatronics). Electricity is not required in order to enjoy the installation.
We use reasonable care with every installation. That said, outdoor materials and temporary installation methods (like ground stakes used in packages such as Scarecrow Revenge) can sometimes affect existing surfaces or landscaping. Restoration of lawn or surface areas is the homeowner’s responsibility unless separately contracted.
Installations are scheduled on a first come first serve basis. Once purchased the installation date will be scheduled with you via email , within 48 hours.

Every installation includes a Limited Seasonal Installation Warranty (7 days from install) covering workmanship and installation-related material defects. This warranty covers a one-time replacement only — it doesn’t cover repeat replacement of the same item. It also doesn’t cover weather, wind, wildlife, theft, vandalism, or changes made after installation.
You own it! This is not a rental program — all materials, décor, and lighting become your property once purchased.
By default, removal and storage are the homeowner’s responsibility. If you’d rather not deal with it, add an optional Seasonal Takedown Service (we remove everything and neatly organize it on-site) or a Seasonal Takedown & Removal Service (we also transport it to your garage, basement, or storage area).
We don’t provide off-site storage or transport to another property unless it’s separately arranged. Items also won’t be repacked into their original manufacturer packaging.
Once materials have been ordered or installation prep has started, payments may become non-refundable. Any approved refunds may have applicable design, procurement, or administrative costs deducted.
