Research studies continue to determine that being outdoors is not only extremely beneficial, but necessary for good health, especially for the kiddos.

This exact topic was dissected in Peter Attia’s ‘The Drive’ podcast on mental and emotional health with Andrew Huberman. Huberman says, according to this study*,“People are spending approximately 90% of their time indoors.”

I’ve talked about this statistic before from other studies that have been published, but the additional information that this study clarifies is how OUTDOOR light really truly impacts our health and mood and what we have to do in order to get it. And, p.s., it’s very difficult to replicate indoors and with most light lamps. 

So, friends, we literally need to be outside even, when it’s cloudy, in order to maintain our health.
